John Allee served for nearly a decade as the wine buyer for Angeli Caffe in Los Angeles, whose chef/owner is radio personality Evan Kleiman of KCRW’s Good Food. He holds a certificate in Vintage (Wine Studies) from UCLA’s Dept. of Business and Management and has worked in the restaurant business for over twenty years.
